While Michigan has been on a roll landing multiple commitments from high school seniors for the upcoming freshman football class, it will not add graduate-transfer center Jake Raulerson to the roster.

Raulerson, who will graduate from Texas in three years with a business degree, visited Michigan the weekend of Jan. 15. But after visiting UCLA last weekend, he has decided to play his final two seasons of eligibility for the Bruins.

He revealed his decision Monday on Twitter.

"After much consideration, I have decided that I will continue my athletic and academic careers at the University of California Los Angeles," Raulerson wrote on Twitter. "I will pursue a masters degree as well as play football for the next two years at this great university!"

Michigan is looking for a replacement for center Graham Glasgow, now pursuing an NFL career. Patrick Kugler has backed up Glasgow and left tackle Mason Cole practiced at center last spring, so it’s unclear what direction Michigan will go to fill the vacancy.
