The Michigan State men’s basketball team will play Penn State this season at the Palestra, the historic home of the University of Pennsylvania men’s and women’s basketball teams, according to multiple reports.

The venue has 8,725 seats and is marking its 90th anniversary. A date has not been confirmed for the Big Ten encounter.

Last season, Penn State met Michigan at Madison Square Garden for a home game, which the Wolverines won 79-72. The Nittany Lions have played several times at the Philadelphia institution, most recently against Drexel last December.
