Jalil Irvin, a three-star offensive lineman from Stone Mountain, Ga., decommitted from Michigan’s 2018 recruiting class on Tuesday.

He’s the third prospect to decommit from Michigan in two days, joining Leesburg, Ga., defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon and Springfield, Ohio, defensive end / tight end Leonard Taylor.

“After a talk with my mom and coaches I have decided to decommit from the University of Michigan,” Irvin wrote on Twitter. “I still plan on visiting and they are still in my top 5 and my dream school. I just feel I need to step back and reevaluate things and take my time with my recruitment and get a good relationship with coaches and be sure of what I’m doing.”

Irvin (6-3, 250), a Detroit native, committed to Michigan in June.

The Wolverines have 18 commitments in the 2017 class and two in the 2018 class.
