Ann Arbor — Michigan fifth-year senior cornerback Jeremy Clark likely is done for the season with what Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said most likely is a torn anterior cruciate knee ligament.

Clark suffered the injury with about 11 minutes left in Michigan’s victory over Penn State on Saturday at Michigan Stadium.

“Sad right now about Jeremy Clark,” Harbaugh said after the game. “I don’t think we’re going to be able to dodge a bullet on that one. That’s got everyone in the locker room a little sad right now.”

Cornerback Jourdan Lewis, playing in his first game of the season after missing the first three with a back strain, said he is also sad about Clark’s injury.

“I almost cried on the sideline really,” Lewis said. “He worked his butt off this whole season to have a great year, and he was having a great year. We just told him at least it happened in the current quarter of the season where he could get redshirted. I pray he gets back this season for the latter half of the season.”
