Michigan safety Jabrill Peppers is tackled by Indiana's Tegray Scales in the first quarter last Saturday in Ann Arbor.

Linebacker / returner / offensive player Jabrill Peppers has not been as productive on offense in recent games but said against Ohio State “everything is coming out of the bag” this weekend.

Michigan, ranked No. 3, plays at No. 2 Ohio State in Columbus on Saturday. If the Wolverines win, they advance to the Big Ten championship game. Ohio State has won four straight against the Wolverines and 11 of the last 12.

Will the playbook be wide open for Peppers?

“As of late, they’ve been loading the outside a little bit, but that’s nothing we can’t get coached up and corrected,” Peppers said Monday night on the weekly “Inside Michigan Football” radio show. “But everything is coming out of the bag this weekend, so we’re excited about that.”

Peppers was asked by show host Jim Brandstatter what the toughest thing about Ohio State.

“They a great team, but I don’t think it’s really things they do over the top that will be things we can’t handle,” Peppers said. “But nonetheless, they always have great athletes, but we also have great athletes.”

Peppers is one of three finalists for the Chuck Bednarik Award for defensive player of the year, and the Maxwell Award for the college player of the year.
