A 33-year-old man has been charged with abusive sexual contact following alleged incidents involving licking and touching of an underage girl during a Delta Airlines flight from Mexico City to Detroit, federal court documents show.

Starting at the beginning of the flight on July 2, Glenn Chase Dove allegedly began putting his face very close to a 17-year old girl who was seated next to him. He then licked her knee, and touched her breast, FBI Special Agent Kyle Dodge wrote in court records.

When she slapped his hand away, Dove said, “This is a joke,” court records show.

Dove continued to stare at the teenager, then allegedly squeezed her breast three times, Dodge wrote.

The girl turned away to protect herself from Dove, but she did not alert a flight attendant for fear he would hurt someone else, court records show.

Another woman, 24, who was seated across from Dove and the girl, got up from her seat. When she returned, Dove ran his hand up her leg, Dodge wrote.

Two witnesses sitting in the same row saw many of the incidents and saw the 17-year-old girl crying, informed a flight attendant and asked for the girl to be moved.

Federal court officials charged Dove on Nov. 29 with one court of abusive sexual misconduct. He has been released $10,00 bond.
