Many SOS offices can't process transactions Wednesday

Many Secretary of State offices are unable to process transactions due to "network issues," according to officials.
Officials announced the problem in a tweet just before noon Wednesday. Transactions are down sporadically throughout the state and the department is in the process of determining which offices are affected.
The cause remained unknown early Wednesday afternoon.
