Fox Sports: Morris weakest link in Pistons lineup

The Detroit News

Marcus Morris is the Pistons' selection on FoxSports.com's Brett Pollakoff's "Every NBA team's worst starter" list.

Pollakoff cautions that his list doesn't contain bad players, but "they're not not as good overall as the rest of the guys who start alongside them." Click here for the full list.

Morris is averaging 13.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists (all above his career average) in 45 games this season. He also tipped in the winning basket in the Pistons' 113-112 victory over the Wizards Saturday.

Of the forward, Pollakoff writes, "Morris averages 32.5 minutes per game and has started in all 44 of his appearances this season, but is shooting just 41.1 percent from the field and his 12.4 PER (player efficiency rating) is the worst among Detroit's starters."
