A pre-trial hearing for suspended Michigan receiver Grant Perry that was scheduled Thursday morning in East Lansing’s 54B District Court has been adjourned.

It has been rescheduled for March 16.

This is the third time a hearing for Perry has been removed from the court schedule.

Perry, 19, faces two misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual conduct, one felony count of resisting a police officer and one misdemeanor count of a minor in possession of alcohol stemming from an incident Oct. 15, 2016, outside of an East Lansing bar.

According to the police report, Perry allegedly groped a 21-year-old woman in the groin and buttocks, and he allegedly failed to provide identification, according to responding officers, and ran before being tackled and detained.

He was formally charged Dec. 22, and was indefinitely suspended from football “team activities until the legal process is completed,” according to a statement from Michigan.
