Lions add offensive tackle Pierce Burton

Allen Park — The Detroit Lions added an offensive lineman to their offseason roster, signing tackle Pierce Burton on Thursday.

Listed at 6-foot-6, 305 pounds, Burton finished last season on the Indianapolis Colts practice squad. He’s also had brief stints with the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings after going undrafted out of Mississippi in 2014.
