So much for the filter.

Andrew Dakich, in the latest episode of his newly launched “Dak & Dunc” podcast, admitted he had some serious doubts about his Michigan basketball team’s ability to come back to beat Louisville in Sunday’s second-round NCAA Tournament game.

“We were down eight at half, Duncan,” said Dakich, working alongside his podcast partner — and basketball teammate — Duncan Robinson, “and I thought we were gonna lose by 20.”

“That’s the pessimist in you,” Robinson said. “I decided to tap into the optimism.

“No, I hear what you’re saying. We had that tough stretch right before half ... all of a sudden, I thought we were tied and then we were down eight.”

Said Dakich: “In the blink of an eye.”

Said Robinson: “Things were not looking good for the Wolverines. You know what we did? We banded together and bounced back as brothers.”

No. 7 seed Michigan, of course, rallied to beat No. 2 Louisville, 73-69.

The Wolverines (26-11) advance to the Sweet 16, where they’ll play No. 3 Oregon (31-5) at 7 p.m. Thursday in Kansas City, Mo.

Dakich and Robinson launched their podcast 10 days ago, during Michigan’s surprising run in the Big Ten tournament. The latest episode, posted late Monday night, was their sixth installment.

Other highlights from the episode:

■ Dakich ripped Robinson for his zero-point effort against Louisville.

“He scored as many points as I did,” said Dakich, who didn’t play. “I need 15 the next game.”

Said Robinson: “Water always finds its level.”

■ The duo said they felt the Wolverines’ conditioning trumped that of the Cardinals.

■ They playfully ribbed teammate Zak Irvin for a bad and costly inbounds pass late in the game.

■ They called Wisconsin’s 8 seed “malarkey.” Wisconsin upset No. 1 Villanova to make the Sweet 16.
