Cade McNamara, four-star quarterback from Reno, Nevada, committed to Michigan’s 2019 class on Friday night, he announced on Twitter.

McNamara, who recently decommitted from Notre Dame, chose Michigan over Alabama, USC and a number of other programs.

He is ranked ninth at the pro-style quarterback position in the 2019 recruiting class, according to 247Sports.

McNamara (6-1, 187), the sixth Michigan commitment for 2019, has thrown for 9,089 yards and 107 TD with 29 interceptions in three seasons at Damonte Ranch High School in Reno.

"I have been waiting to find this place for a long time," McNamara wrote on Twitter. "I am excited to announce I will be committing to the University of Michigan."
