Mosley (6-foot-2, 180 pounds) is rated the No. 21 prospect in the state, No. 102 receiver in the nation and No. 826 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite rankings.

He chose MSU over his other finalists: Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Purdue and Cincinnati.

His announcement came hours after Illinois three-star running back Anthony Williams Jr., one day after three-star Chicago Simeon athlete Alante Brown and three-star Euclid (Ohio) running back Brandon Wright, and four days after five-star Belleville offensive tackle Devontae Dobbs.
