Michigan favored by 7.5 points over Michigan State

Michigan opens as a 7.5-point favorite for this Saturday’s noon game at rival Michigan State, according to VegasInsider.com.

The Wolverines (6-1) and Spartans (4-2) are both coming off big wins on Saturday – Michigan over Wisconsin, 38-13, and MSU over Penn State, 21-17.

Michigan rose to No. 6 in this week’s AP poll while Michigan State reentered the rankings at No. 24.

Michigan State has won eight of the last 10 in the series, including last year in Ann Arbor, 14-10.
