The Detroit Lions stumbled into the midpoint of their 2018 season with a dismal 24-9 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, leaving the Lions with a 3-5 record.

The first half of the Lions’ season has been a mixed bag, with stirring triumphs over the Patriots and NFC North rival Packers, and awful performances against the Jets, Seahawks and Vikings.
