Hockey Night in Canada analyst Craig Simpson (Michigan State) and Hockey Hall of Fame broadcaster Joe Bowen are the guests on "OctoPulse, taking the pulse of the Red Wings' rebuild under Steve Yzerman."
Simpson, a two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Edmonton Oilers, was in town for the HNIC broadcast of the Red Wings-Maple Leafs at Little Caesars Arena. Bowen, in his 38th season as play-by-play announcer of the Maple Leafs, offered his opinion on the Red Wings-Maple Leafs' rivalry.
