2024 Michigan Primary Election Results

Michigan has a well-earned reputation as a key swing state in 2024: former President Donald Trump won here in 2016 and President Joe Biden won in 2020. But before Michigan plays a role in the presidential election, state voters take on a more prominent primary role. Michiganders head to the polls earlier this year after the Democratic National Committee and state legislators moved the state up the calendar and established a Feb. 27 primary.
